Economic Development

The City of Pinellas Park takes great pride in the competitive economic climate it has worked so hard to achieve over the years. Through careful planning, efficiency management and conservative financing, the City has been able to provide quality municipal services with a minimum taxing effort. This governmental restraint allows Pinellas Park to offer your company significant advantages in the cost of doing business such as low taxes, low fees, various business incentives, competitive pricing of utilities, and reclaimed water. Many of the state and federal assistance programs found elsewhere in Florida are also available in Pinellas Park.
