Provide policy decisions that will facilitate superior, yet cost-effective municipal services and promote the highest quality of life for those who live and work in the community.

City Attorney Responsibilities

The City Attorney's Office prepares or reviews all ordinances, resolutions, contracts, bonds and other instruments concerning the City and reviews all contracts in which the City is a party. The City Attorney is represented at most official City meetings. The City Attorney acts as a Prosecuting Attorney at Code Enforcement Board meetings.
