SPECIAL MAGISTRATES

Meetings are held by the Special Magistrate in the Council Chambers on the FOURTH Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m.

There can be one or more Special Magistrates who serve for a THREE (3) year term. They are individuals designated by City Council to assist the Code Enforcement Board in enforcing any of the codes or ordinances in force in the City of Pinellas Park. Special Magistrates  DO NOT HAVE TO BE A RESIDENT OF THE CITY.
