Meeting place and time of meeting is selected by the Commission when a hearing is scheduled. A written request for an appeal is filed with the City Manager, or his designee, within FIFTEEN (15) days from the time an employee is served with written notice of action taken.
This Committee consists of THREE (3) regular and THREE (3) alternate members who serve THREE (3) year terms. All members MUST BE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY and are appointed by City Council.
