Business Tax
The Building Development Division is responsible for issuing Business Taxes for commercial businesses and home based businesses. We issue business tax registrations to businesses that conduct business within our City but have an office located elsewhere. This Division, as well as the Zoning Division, review the application for the use of the business on all commercial property prior to issuing the business tax to the customer. It is your responsibility to supply copies of Federal, State and County Competency licenses if required by law.
