City Attorney

The City Attorney's Office prepares or reviews all ordinances, resolutions, contracts, bonds and other instruments with which the municipality is concerned and reviews all contracts in which the City is a party. The City Attorney is represented at most official City meetings including Code Enforcement Board meetings. The labor attorney handles all labor negotiations and provides legal guidance in labor matters. The code enforcement attorney acts as a prosecutor at Code Enforcement Board meetings.
