Annexation is the process by which an eligible piece of property becomes part of a City.  This is a business decision that should be undertaken when the property owner determines that is it advantageous to be within the corporate limits of a community.  That is why Pinellas Park seeks only VOLUNTARY ANNEXATIONS.  We want people and businesses that want to be a part of our community to annex.

The Economic Development Specialists for Pinellas Park understand that it must be beneficial for a property owner to annex into the City.  Because of that understanding we will work with a property owner to address their individual needs so that they may realize the benefits available. Sometimes it takes more than Location... Location... and Location to realize the benefits of a community.
