Finance Department
The function of the Finance Department is to provide the direction and daily supervision of the Accounting, Purchasing and Utility Billing divisions.
Additionally, the Finance Department is responsible for arranging financing for City projects, managing all City issued bonds, preparing annual statements, making and safeguarding City investments, debt collection, arranging the annual audit and working with the public, other agencies, committees and boards.
