The "new plant establishment" allowance remains 60 days total; however, on days 31 through 60; watering may only occur on an every-other-day basis.
Lawn renovations, such as sod replacement or verticutting, must be postponed.
Fountains and waterfalls may only operate four hours per day.
Non-compliance to new provisions as well as the City's established watering hours as previously stated may result in the issuing of citations without having first being issued a warning.
