Neighborhood Services    Administration    Boards    Community Compliance    Department Programs    Contact Information    Links Neighborhood Services - Administration The Neighborhood Services Administrator is responsible for the efficient operation of the Department, including all staff and programs. The Administrator's position is one of the City's executive-level positions that reports to the City Manager.  The Administrator also serves as the City's liaison to the Business Assistance Program, a partnership with Pinellas County Economic Development and the Pinellas Park/Gateway Chamber of Commerce that offers various assistance services to area businesses.   This is the official site for the City of Pinellas Park, Florida, U.S.A.
