Attempted Abduction of a 14 year Girl

January 27th, 2006  11:30 AM

In the parking lot of 5498 Park Blvd, a white male approached a 14 year old girl just outside of the Churches Chicken restaurant.  The subject talked to the girl briefly trying to hold her hand.  The girl walked away from the subject to her PSTA bus stop and waited.  The subject approached her again, this time with money in his hand.  He offered to buy the girl something.  The man then grasped hold of the girls hand and told her to come with him.  The girl pulled her hand away and walked away from the subject heading back to her school.  The subject did not pursue the girl and walked off in the opposite direction.  The girl described the subject as dirty and intoxicated.  A search of the area did not locate the suspect.  The suspect is described as a white male, 35-45 years old, 5'5 5'7, 140-160 lbs, clean shaven with a scab on the left side of his mouth, short brown hair, LSW/ red flannel shirt and jeans.
