On Saturday morning April 26, 2008, at approximately 5:05 a.m. patrol officers responded to the scene of a vehicle versus bicycle crash in the 4300 Block of Park Boulevard. A 1995 Toyota Camry being driven west on Park Boulevard crashed into a bicyclist who was crossing Park Boulevard from the south to the north. The crash occurred west of the 43^rd street. The Camry, which was driven by 39 year old Willie Dyer of St. Petersburg, had a green light to continue west. The bicyclist, 22 year old Misty Hickman, sustained fatal injuries at the scene. No charges are expected to be filed against Dyer at this time.
