On April 29, 2007 at approximately 10:42 a.m., patrol officers responded to a report of a body in a retention pond at the Le Club Villas, an apartment complex at 4355 84 Avenue North.

Officers and paramedics found the body of an adult male floating in the retention pond and it was apparent that he was deceased. Detectives and medical examiner investigators responded to the scene. It appears as though the subject is the victim of an accidental drowning.

The deceased has been identified as Kevin B. Watrous, 52. His last know address was 3845 Park Boulevard, Pinellas Park.

Detective C. Martin is continuing the investigation in the circumstances surrounding his death.
