On Saturday, May 12, 2007, at approximately 1:14 a.m. patrol units responded to 5121 97 Terrace North regarding a shooting. The victim was pronounced deceased on the scene, by the responding paramedics, in the carport of her residence. She has been identified as Amy Alice Norris, a 24 year-old female.

Neighbors reported a argument in front of the residence between Norris and another subject just prior to the shooting.

Detectives are in the early stages of their investigation and further information will be released as soon as it becomes available.
