Police arrested Michael D. Hargreaves for Felony sexual battery and false imprisonment. Hargreaves was arrested after the victim told police that she had been beaten, held against her will and was sexually battered. The victim had injuries consistent with her complaint. Police arrested Hargreaves at his home in Pinellas Park at approximately 11:55 AM. Hargreaves has denied the allegation stating that the sexual encounter was consensual. At the time of arrest, Hargreaves displayed recent injuries caused by the victim.
