J. Bailey was riding his Reij moped in the far right Southbound lane of US 19 (9300 block). P. Stubbs was driving a Ford Windstar van, also Southbound in the far left lane of US 19. J. Bailey veered his moped to the left crossing through the middle lane and crashing into the right rear side of the van. J. Bailey was ejected from the moped and was seriously injured. Bailey was wearing a helmet. Bailey was taken to Bayfront Medical, but died from his injuries on Friday November 23, 2007 @ 2:15 AM. P. Stubbs was not injured. No charges will be filed.
