Pinellas Park Police Department - School Crossing Guards

School Guards

The City employs 23 School Crossing Guards whom are stationed at various intersections within the city limits. Their primary responsibility is to assist elementary and middle school children in crossing busy roadways as they make their way to school in the morning and their way home in the afternoon. The guards provide assistance for children from seven different schools by covering fifteen different intersections.
