Attire: Rubber soled shoes, shirt, and shorts or pants. Bring a towel.
Entry:
Broderick: Check in at the Service Desk.
Forbes: Surrender your driver's license and your Rec ID Card to obtain an entry card key and/or a locker. Your IDs are returned to you when you return the card key and/or locker combination.
After use of each device, you are required to wipe the equipment with your towel. You may bring a plastic water "bottle" only; no other food or drink is allowed.
When others are waiting, PLEASE limit your time to:
Broderick - 5 minutes per weight machine and 20 minutes on each cardiovascular machine.
Forbes - 5 minutes per weight machine and 10 minutes on each cardiovascular machine.
You use the Fitness Center at your own risk. You are advised to consult your physician as to personal limitations and intensity of exercise prior to beginning your workouts at the Center.
