Children under 13 are to be picked up by 6 pm unless they are participants in an organized activity.  Activity participants are to be picked up at the end of their activity.

Late fees will be charged when a child is not picked up by 6 pm or within 2 hours when the parent / legal guardian has been called due to the child's illness, misbehavior, head lice, etc.  Child will not be permitted to attend until fees have been paid.  Late pickup fees are $5 per child for each five minutes or portion thereof after the first five minutes.

It is the parent's responsibility to instruct their children not to leave the supervised program and to be sure that each child understands that he / she is not allowed to leave the supervised program at any time during the daily program operating hours.  City Staff cannot go after or retrieve any child who leaves a Recreation Center during program operating hours, and Staff will not be held responsible for any child who does leave the supervised program during normal operating hours.
