ALL individuals participating in City operated Recreation Programs must be registered and have their Recreation Registration ID Card in hand at all times when using Recreation facilities. The Rec ID Card is required to gain access to facilities; registration does not insure enrollment in City operated programs. Forbes Center registration Mon-Fri ONLY. |

Parents are required to complete youth registration at one of the Recreation Facilities during operating hours or have the form notarized. |

| Program Enrollment |

An enrollment form and additional fees are required for many Recreation operated programs including AfterSchool PlayCamp, Spring/Winter Break Weeks, and Summer PlayCamp. Please check program listings to the left for specific enrollment and fee information for each of the programs of interest to you.
Program enrollment typically extends preference to current program participants and City of Pinellas Park residents. Please observe program enrollment criteria when applying for recreation operated programs.
