TO APPLY, please print out the Summer PlayCamp Enrollment form above. Follow the enrollment instructions on the form; then, bring it to your Center of choice together with a minimum deposit of $50 per child. Applications are accepted according to the following application periods.
Application Periods: Current AfterSchool Participants Feb 4-14, 2008
Summer 2006 Participants Feb 18-28, 2008
Other City Resident Mar 3-13, 2008
NonResident Mar 17-27, 2008
Children are placed in groups by the grade they will be attending next August. When a group has reached its enrollment limit, your application will be placed in a 'Waiting List' file and you will be called in the event space becomes available. |
