Reclaimed Water Project - Bid Proposal
When the project has been approved, local contractors, the Utilities Design Division and the Engineering Inspector come together in a meeting.
The Utilities Design Director states specific stipulations and regulations required by the state in order to carry out the project and also answers any questions the contractors may have.
