The survey information is then downloaded into the a computer and a drawing is produced using Autocad software . Once the survey is drawn the next step can be taken.
The Civil Engineering Designer is responsible for the determination of the location and the cost of the reclaimed water project. His knowledge of certain standards and codes enables him to make decisions that will avoid field conflicts and keep construction cost down.
Once the Civil Engineering Designer has completed his design, the Senior Cad Technician adds specific notes and details. Now the final construction plans are ready for review by the Utilities Design Director.
After all changes and revisions have been approved by the Utilities Design Director, the project is ready for bid.
