CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD

Meetings are held by the Board in the Council Chambers on the THIRD Thursday of every month at 8:00 a.m.

 

The Board consists of SEVEN (7) regular members who serve for a THREE (3) year term.  All members MUST BE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY and are appointed by City Council.

 

This Board was established to promote, protect and improve the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the City of Pinellas Park to provide an equitable, expeditious, effective and inexpensive method of enforcing the technical codes in force in the City of Pinellas Park, including but not limited to occupational license, fire, building, zoning and sign codes.

 

Appeals are made through the Circuit Court within THIRTY (30) days of the execution of the order to be appealed.

 

 

CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD-SPECIAL MASTERS

Meetings are held by the Special Master in the Council Chambers on the FOURTH Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m.

 

There can be one or more Special Masters who serve for a THREE (3) year term.  They are individuals designated by City Council to ASSIST the Code Enforcement Board in processing violations of the City's Code of Ordinances.  Special Masters DO NOT HAVE TO BE A RESIDENT OF THE CITY.
