Through its dedicated staff, pictured above, the Neighborhood Services Department delivers neighborhood-based programs in the areas of local government information and business assistance, community compliance (code enforcement), and neighborhood revitalization in an effort to improve the City's quality of life and economic vitality. The Neighborhood Services Department is the community's commercial business and residential neighborhoods liaison, and works with all City departments and divisions to improve service provision and achieve timely resolution to community problems and concerns.

Programs offered by the Neighborhood Services Department include the APPLE Program (A Pinellas Park Learning Experience) and the Mayor's Business Visiting Program (BVP).  The Neighborhood Services Department serves as Secretary to the following City Boards: Code Enforcement Board, Community Projects Advisory Board, and Special Magistrates.
