Meetings of the Code Enforcement Board are normally scheduled to take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall on the THIRD Thursday of every month at 8:00 a.m.
The Code Enforcement Board consists of SEVEN (7) regular members who serve for a THREE (3) year term. All members MUST BE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY and are appointed by City Council after an interview with the Board.
The Code Enforcement Board was established to promote, protect and improve the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the City of Pinellas Park by providing for an equitable, expeditious, effective and inexpensive method of enforcing any of the codes or ordinances in force in the City of Pinellas Park.
