Meetings of the Special Magistrate are normally scheduled to take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall on the FOURTH Wednesday of every month at 4:00 p.m.  There can be one or more Special Magistrates who serve for a THREE (3) year term.

Special Magistrates are individuals designated by City Council to assist the Code Enforcement Board in enforcing any of the codes or ordinances in force in the City of Pinellas Park.  Special Magistrates DO NOT HAVE TO BE CITY RESIDENTS.
