Arrest for Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child

On November 8, 2011, at approximately 12:20 pm, a sixteen (16) year old male reported that Roberto O. Tuiler drove up next to him while he was riding his bicycle near the intersection of 78th Ave and 62 St. The victim reported that Tuiler solicited oral sex for an undisclosed amount of money. The victim declined, and when he attempted to obtain Tuiler's license plate number to contact police, Tuiler ran over the victim's bicycle nearly missing the juvenile.

Following an investigation by Pinellas Park Police detectives, Tuiler was arrested November 10th and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Motor Vehicle and Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child. He was subsequently transported and booked into the Pinellas County Jail where he was held on a $30,000 bond.
