Vehicle Noise Complaint Reporting

Florida Statutes Section 316.3045 prohibits the playing of music or any other noise from a vehicle loud enough to be heard at a distance of 25 feet.  Should you observe a violation of this law and wish to have the police department educate the owner of the vehicle about the law, including the possible fines for violating this law, please launch and fill out the below attached form and submit it to us via email.

 The Pinellas Park Police Department discourages citizens from placing themselves in danger to obtain this information.
