Officer Michael Picenza was selected as the 2010 Pinellas Park Police Department Law Enforcement Officer of the Year. Officer Michael Piacenza has been with the department since 2001 and is currently assigned to the Special Operations Unit. Officer Michael Piacenza is a Field Training Officer, Traffic Homicide Investigator, Intoxilyzer 8000 Agency Inspector, and a Drug Recognition Expert.
