This division is subdivided into three sections: Records, Communications, and Special Services. The Services Division commander is Captain Sanfield A. Forseth.
Responsibilities include policy development and review, coordination of public information, recruitment and the field training program, as well as overseeing the crime prevention, training, volunteers and youth services functions.
