The purpose of the Building Maintenance Division is to respond rapidly and efficiently to the building maintenance needs of City departments.
The primary objectives of the Building Maintenance Division are to maintain all City structures and facilities by providing the following services:
- Annual painting to enhance the beautification programs of the City of Pinellas Park
- Minor alterations and additions to aid all City departments
- Electrical and plumbing services to keep these areas functional
- Janitorial services are provided by this division to maintain the cleanliness of all buildings and City facilities.
