Q: During construction improvement projects, what measures will be taken to keep driveways open, provide mail delivery and maintain garbage service during construction?
A: The City of Pinellas Park Engineering Services Division maintains a staff of four (4) Engineering Inspectors responsible for construction inspections. One of the inspectors prime functions is to ensure that all safety measures are maintained by contractors and to minimize inconvenience to residents. If access problems occur or any regular services are interrupted, please call the Engineering Services Division at (727) 541-0754 or (727) 541-0758 after 5:00 p.m.

A: The Engineering Services Division survey team maintains a benchmark atlas identifying elevations based upon the USGS datum. The atlas provides elevations of certain street intersections giving approximate elevations of surrounding properties. FEMA flood zone maps are also available free to the public identifying flood zone elevations throughout the City.

A: The Engineering Services Division maintains current City street and parcel maps. Also, utility maps identifying locations of potable water, sanitary sewer, reclaimed water and drainage information are updated continuously. These maps are available to the public at a nominal charge.
