Welcome to the Utilities Design/City Engineer Division for the Public Works Department for the City of Pinellas Park.
It's the division's responsibility to produce construction plans and drawings for the city's utilities, specifically, for the design and implementation of new development and/or rehabilitation of the city's utility systems.
Other functions include but are not limited to:
- Administering in house city utility construction projects and certifying that they were performed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Secure funding for utility projects and applying for and securing all necessary permitting.
- Any and all city functions that require the certification of a professional Engineer.
