Meetings are held by this Commission at City Hall on the FIRST Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. and Workshops are held if needed the Tuesday prior to the Regular Meeting.

 Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of seven (7) voting members appointed by the City Council from among the residents of the City of Pinellas Park and one (1) nonvoting member representing the Pinellas County School Board appointed by the Pinellas County School Board and one (1) nonvoting ex officio member representing the Armed Forces Reserve Center/Pinellas Park appointed by the Commanding Officer of the Armed Forces Reserve Center/Pinellas Park. The term of office for the voting members shall be three (3) years.

This Commission serves only in an advisory capacity and considers all requests for amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code. Their recommendations are forwarded to City Council for their final action.
