Recreation Center Rentals
Multipurpose Rooms with optional kitchen facilities, Arts and Crafts Rooms, the Senior Center Main Hall, the Senior Center Fitness Center Main Hall, and the Forbes Gymnasium are available for rental for birthday parties, graduation parties, and other events. Recreation Center Rental Rates are as follows:
Multipurpose Room $15.00/hour
Multipurpose Room with Kitchen $20.00 per hour with $50.00 Damage Deposit
Arts and Crafts Room $15.00/hour
Gymnasium $35.00/hour, two hour minimum with $100.00 Damage Deposit
Senior Center Main Hall $35.00/hour, two hour minimum with $100.00 Damage Deposit
Senior Center Main Hall with Kitchen $40.00/hour, two hour minimum with $100.00 Damage Deposit
Senior Center Annex $35.00/hour, two hour minimum with $100.00 Damage Deposit
Additional Staff Fees apply for rentals outside normal operating hours.
Skyview Pool Rentals
Skyview Pool offers Picnic Pavilion rentals for birthday parties and other gatherings. Rental rates are $10.00 for two hours; guest admission is additional at established rates.
The Skyview Main Pool, Pollywog Pond, or entire facility are also available for larger rentals. Rental fees include Lifeguards assigned to the event.
To reserve a facility rental, please contact the facility directly for availability and bookings.

Please Note:
* All rental and staff fees must paid in full to confirm your reservation.
* A State of Florida Certificate of Sales Tax Exemption must be presented for tax-exempt rentals.
* Certificates of Insurance are required for rentals on behalf of business or organizations.
* Vendors contracted for your event must be pre-approved by the Recreation Division.
