Message from the Chief of Police
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our website. Our commitment to public safety through effective enforcement, education, and community partnerships is a top priority for the men and women of the Pinellas Park Police Department. The department has a paid staff of over 150 employees, including officers, dispatchers, and support staff. We are also fortunate to have a robust volunteer group providing administrative services, and community patrol by vehicle, segway, and even horseback. Together, we are responsible for the protection and safety of Pinellas Park’s 16 square miles, over 51,000 residents, and more than 3,400 businesses.
The Pinellas Park Police Department is a value-based, performance driven, policing organization that is committed to preventing crime, and detecting and arresting criminal offenders. We believe in the utilization of data and community collaboration to drive crime down and improve the quality of life for everyone that calls Pinellas Park home.
I hope you will enjoy navigating through the various sections of our website, which have been designed to provide you with information and insight into our police department.
