The City of Pinellas Park shall give preference in appointment to eligible veterans and eligible spouses of veterans, in line with the rules of the Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs, Division of Veterans' Benefits and Assistance, Chapter 55A-7 of the Florida Administrative Code, and Veterans' Preference in Appointment and Retention in Employment.
