***Notice to Customers about a System Update***

We upgraded our online Citizen Self Service (CSS) bill pay system on November 14, 2020.  Starting on November 16, 2020 after 7:00 pm, the online CSS system will require you to re-register for your Utility Billing account and log in using your email address instead of a user name.   

Please follow these step-by-step instructions on how to re-register your CSS account:
