Sergeant LoBianco began his career as a Police Officer with the Pinellas Park Police Department in 1998.  Sergeant LoBianco excelled in uniformed patrol and was eventually selected as a Youth Services Detective where he taught the DARE program in the elementary schools, and was a Police Explorer Advisor.  The department created a Motorcycle Unit in 2001 in which he was selected as a Motor Officer and assisted in developing the Standard Operating Procedures for the unit.  He eventually became a Police Motorcycle Instructor.

In 2005 he was selected as a Corporal and was transferred back to Patrol.  During his 7 years as a Corporal he proved himself as a leader with assignments on each patrol shift.  He also assisted in the supervision of the shifts.  Sergeant LoBianco is also a Field Training Officer and has trained several officers.

In 2008 Sergeant LoBianco was selected as Police Officer of the Year.  

In 2012 he was selected as the Professional Standards Officer and as part of his duties has served as the department’s Recruiter.  He has also served as the lead negotiator on the SWAT Crisis Negotiation Team.
