On March 14, 2019 our department received reports that multiple sexual battery incidents had occurred at Personal Enrichment through Mental Health Services (PEMHS) at 11254 58th St. N. in Pinellas Park. The initial report was that a staff member had engaged in non-consensual sexual activity with multiple patients/victims. Through the course of the investigation, it was determined there were a total of three adult victims and the allegations of these victims included sexual battery and Lewd or Lascivious Molestation committed upon and in the presence of an elderly person or disabled person. The subject was in a position of trust and authority over the three victims who were at this facility for mental health services/assistance. The subject was located at his residence in St. Petersburg and taken into custody without incident. The subject was charged with one count of sexual battery and three counts of Lewd or Lascivious molestation committed upon and in the presence of an elderly person or disabled person. The charges, once presented to the State Attorney's Office, may be enhanced due to the mental state of the victims. This investigation is ongoing and as further details are available, they will be provided. We are asking that if any clients of PEMHS believe they were a victim of any sexual misconduct by Nicholai Brief to contact the Pinellas Park Police Department at 727- 369-7864.

Arrested: Nicholai Anthony Brief, DOB: 04-28-84, W/M

Victims: Three adult females, names protected FSS 119.
