Emergency Medical Services Division

The Emergency Medical Services division is managed by the Division Chief Andrew Hughes and is part of the Operations division of the Pinellas Park Fire Department. 

  • Fully staffed Advanced Life Support vehicles are housed at all city fire stations. 
  • The department responds to an average of 1,000 medical calls per month.
  • The Emergency Medical Services division provides advanced medical care to residents who suffer injuries or serious illness, and prepares them for transportation.
  • The EMS Division provides an expanded training program consisting of CPR and first aid for residents as well as Continuing Medical Education (CME) for Paramedics and EMT's to ensure that residents receive the most advanced and proven methods of care.
