Pinellas Park Comprehensive Plan Update
The City of Pinellas Park is updating its Comprehensive Plan to refocus planning efforts, direction for future development in the City, and infrastructure investment. We have worked with the community in the first phase of the update to develop a vision for the City to improve quality of life overall. This vision aims to define a City Center, strengthen local neighborhoods, encourage economic development, increase transportation choices, enhance parks choices, and continue to ensure adequate infrastructure to meet current and future needs.
