Honor Guard

The Pinellas Park Fire Department's Honor Guard was established in 2018.  The Honor Guard was established to instill the traditional roots of the fire service to the Department and citizens it serves.  The Honor Guard is a volunteer group of firefighters that work hard to serve the fire service, police service, as well as our community.

The Pinellas Park Fire Department Honor Guard is always available to work in harmony with other Fire Department honor guards for "Line of Duty" funerals and memorial services for all Fire, EMS and Police personnel when requested.  The honor guard has provided the colors for fire academy graduations, new firefighter ceremonies, parades, as well as fire officer promotions.

The Honor Guard is led by Lt. William Weaver.  Lt. Weaver's demands for professionalism and pride is evident in his team's precision and appearance.  The PPFD Honor Guard has been a tremendous addition to the Department, City and County.
