Notice of System Update 

The city is planning a system update. The online utility billing customer self service and building permit online portals will be unavailable from Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 5pm until Monday, May 15 at 5pm for system maintenance.  We apologize for any inconvenience.   Thank you.


Notice of Requirement to Re-Register your Utility Billing Account 

Due to a software update, all Utility Billing Citizen Self Portal account holders will need to re-register their accounts in order to view and pay their utility bill, effective Monday, May 16, 2022.

The Utility Billing Division provides:

  • Billing and collection of all water, sewer, reclaimed water, stormwater, garbage and recycling services
  • Performs revenue and delinquent collections
  • Operates the mail room and delivery services for both internal and external customers
  • Manages the switchboard operations
  • Responsible for the coordination and implementation of public education for the City’s waste reduction / recycling, water conservation and reclaimed water programs

Garbage & Recycle Collection Schedule

  • Garbage on Tuesday and Friday City Wide
  • Recycle on Wednesday City Wide

As a reminder, please have your materials at the curb by 7 a.m. on your day of service.
