Facilities & Project Management

Plans, directs and coordinates maintenance and repairs, project design and construction related to City owned buildings and facilities maintenance.

Fleet Maintenance

This division coordinates work activities for City owned vehicles and equipment for all City functions. Maintains and repairs all vehicles for the Fire Department, Police Department, Public Works, and all other division vehicles within the City.

Parks Maintenance

The Parks Maintenance Division is responsible for the maintenance of Helen Howarth Park, Broderick Park, Freedom Lake Park, David Field Complex, Pinebrook Estates Park, Stanley B. and Doris Broderick Park, Shoecraft Park, McDevitt Park, Sparkle Lake Park, Pinellas Park Youth Park, Granada Circle Park, City Courts, Library and England Brothers Park.

Public Utilities

Performs skilled work in construction, maintenance of City's water and reclaimed water distribution system as well as the City's sanitary sewer system and related structures, equipment and buildings in addition to connections for residential and commercial properties.

Transportation & Stormwater

Coordinates and formulates strategies to improve and repair the network of roadways in the City of Pinellas Park, street milling and repaving, traffic signal maintenance, traffic crash data collection and analysis, pedestrian safety devices, traffic calming, school safety improvements, signs and marking. Storm drain, pond and sidewalk maintenance, culvert installation and a variety of other maintenance needs.
