Available studios range from 121 to 335 square feet with monthly rent of $130 to $330 including utilities and WiFi and shared gallery space featuring monthly shows.

Studio artists are selected through a competitive application and interview process that considers the quality of the artist's work and also their interest and ability in engaging the community to develop the Studios and the emerging arts district. Studio artists maintain public hours and participate in the monthly Fourth Saturday Block pARTy.
Applications are now being accepted continuously, and once the Studios are fully leased, applications can be maintained on file pending a vacancy.
