City Attorney Responsibilities

The City Attorney's Office prepares or reviews all ordinances, resolutions, contracts, bonds and other instruments concerning the City and reviews all contracts in which the City is a party. The City Attorney is represented at most official City meetings. The City Attorney acts as a Prosecuting Attorney at Code Enforcement Board meetings.
