General Conditions

Residential customers will receive a 50% discount on the connection fee for connection to the “Reclaimed Water” system.

The residential connection fee includes an inspection by the Water Division and a service connection consisting of a meter, meter box, quick connect hose adapter and a 3/4-iinch irrigation connection point installed at the property line.

The customer will be responsible for making the connection to their irrigation system.

Upon approval of the Water Division Director, meters larger than two-inch (2”) will be installed by a licensed contractor at the owner’s expense. An Engineering permit will be required prior to installation and the installation must meet all City standards and specifications.

A pressure reducing valve should be installed at the service connection to reduce system pressure and make it compatible with the irrigation system.

Reclaimed Water Rates

Single Family Residential and Commercial Rates:

Inside the City Rates

• Minimum rate: $9.09 per month for 0 to 25,000 gallons used.
• $0.28 additional per month for each 1,000 gallons used thereafter.

Outside the City

• Minimum rate: $11.36 per month for 0 to 25,000 gallons used.
• $0.35 additional per month for each 1,000 gallons used thereafter.

• 0.75 inch meter $553.61
• 1 inch meter $785.66
• 1.50 inch meter $1,494.58
• 2 inch meter $1,641.91

Note

Connection charges will be reduced by 50% for connection within 90 days of initial service availability.
