[ARCHIVED] Become a Citizen Scientist Using Neureka

What is Neureka?

Neureka is a project that combines mobile technology with citizen science to help create a clearer picture of what keeps the brain healthy. The Neureka App asks members of the public to participate in neuroscience research at home, by playing games and tracking their mood and behavior over time. With thousands of people already involved, this ‘big data’ helps researchers figure out new ways of keeping mental health problems at bay, and promoting resilience to late life cognitive decline. Come to the Barbara S. Ponce Public Library on Tuesday, April 26th, 6:30 to 7:30 pm to learn all about Neureka. Sign up at the reference desk in-person or call us at 727-369-0667.
